About

With over 2 decades experience creating costume for film and television, Mark has designed and overseen a broad range of productions in scale and requirement, from modest budgets to period epics.


Following a BA (Hons) degree in Printed Textile Design at Glasgow School of Art, and MSc. (Distinction) in Textile Technology, Mark’s career path started in assisting and supervising, progressing to costume design.


His work includes TV series such as Back in Time and Time Crashers, and extends to features such as Love Actually, Alexander and Jack Ryan. Mark received an Emmy award nomination for his costume supervision on Cranford BBC1 (2018)
